8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanZilo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, system malfunction, or loss of productivity.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CleanZilo without prior notice if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of CleanZilo constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
